You know how it goes…. You’re playing along, about to kick off another Valorant match, when it suddenly hits you — how much have I actually spent on Valorant?

Then, you begin to recall the many small purchases you made — weapon skins, player cards, battle passes. It all adds up and you wonder if you’ve been having a little too much fun. If this is you, here’s how to check your Valorant purchase history. 

How to Check Your Purchase History on Valorant

To check your Valorant purchase history, all you need to do is: 

1. Go to Riot’s official purchase history page.
2. Scroll down to log in.
3. Go back to the page and select “Get My Purchase History.”
4. When you scroll down, you should see how much you’ve spent.

Can I Get a Refund on Valorant Purchases?

If you’re having regrets, you can get refunds for up to 14 days on certain purchases, like Valorant Points and unused skins. To get a refund, simply submit a ticket here. 

As long as the product wasn’t used, you should get a refund to your bank account.  Keep in mind that once you’ve taken an add-on into the game, it counts as “used” even if you haven’t technically used it. 

Battle passes, weapon skins, character contract levels, Radianite points, and bundles are not refundable. You also can’t get a refund for these types of Valorant purchases: 

• • Used weapon skins (you can refund unused skins)
  • Weapon skin upgrades
  • Weapon skin levels and variants
  • Weapon skin bundles
  • Used accessories (gun buddies, player cards, etc.)
  • Agents
  • Purchase made with Kingdom Credits (agent gear, accessories store)

How to Spend Less on Valorant

It can be easy to get carried away with in-game micro-purchases. After checking your Valorant purchase history, you may decide to limit your spending. If so, here are some helpful tips you can follow. 

Stop, Breathe, and Think

Every time you’re prompted to make in-game purchases, stop — take 10 deep breaths, and think about it. It may seem obvious, but this exercise can actually help prevent impulsive behavior by letting you take a step back and clear your head.

If you still want to purchase after weighing the factors — by all means, go ahead. If it makes you feel uneasy, don’t do it. It can be that simple. And the more you get used to doing this exercise, the more natural it will become — habits work both ways!

Set a Monthly Budget

It’s not like you shouldn’t have fun or spend money on your hobbies. It’s only problematic if you’re putting yourself under financial stress by overspending.

 Make a monthly budget for in-game spending with an amount you can happily justify. 

Keep a piece of paper beside you while gaming or use a spreadsheet or a budgeting app to track your spending. 

Avoid Cosmetic Purchases and Loot Boxes

Let’s face it, you don’t need to dress your players up or buy the funkiest weapon skins. If you’re looking for a way to lower gaming costs, consider sacrificing aesthetics. Loot boxes are another way to cut down. You never know what you’ll get in one or whether you’ll need what’s inside. It’s a gamble you may be better off not taking if you’re trying to cut costs.
