Not sure how many years I've been using Cyberghost VPN across all my devices, but I can admit that 99% of the time, the core VPN features function flawlessly, and have served me well. On Microsoft PCs, Andriod mobile devices, and Apple devices.
The Privacy Guard feature to Cyberghost software is a relatively new addition, and a bit unnecessary for me personally, but it may give insight to other users who are new to online privacy and have concerns about limiting their digital footprint.
The Cyberghost company has and strives to continuously provide fast customer support for any troubles I have had with the software in the past. From live chat support on their website asking for the hottest new summer sale, or email correspondence from customer support, it's usually specific and helpful.
Even my family and friends reach out to me when they need a VPN connection, as my contract allows me to install the software across 5 devices. My brother most recently visiting Switzerland wanted to watch the US Open, but had restricted access due to his location. I hooked him up and he was able to watch the quarterfinals live.
I will continue using Cyberghost VPN software for the foreseeable future.
