I am very surprised
I am very surprised that it is easy to use the whole thing. Everything works fine except the thing with the Apple TV - unfortunately the top support can't help here, because it's a matter of my provider (port 53)
But I was told that an app for Apple TV is being worked on. Let's see when it's time. But otherwise very satisfied.

The VPN app is easy and convenient to use and intuitive to understand. Please expand the browser add-on for subscribers so that you can access a larger IP pool exclusively with the browser. I need this feature for my automation scraping bots (legal use for IP blocking). Thank you!

Läuft bei mir seit über 2 Jahren perfekt
Läuft bei mir seit über 2 Jahren täglich. Die TV Streams aus dem DACH Raum laufen perfekt. Verstehe nicht warum hier manche damit nicht klar kommen. Auch im Ausland hat das ganze super funktioniert, konnte alle abonnierten Dienste problemlos nutzen.
Heute gab es kurzfristig ein Problem, Email mit dem Problem geschrieben und nach 2 Stunden lief wieder alles perfekt. Super Service. Kann ich nur empfehlen und das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist auch sehr gut.

i have used cyberghost for years
i have used cyberghost for years, but when my subcription ended i thought i try different sites. some were good and some bad. the reason i came back was not only for the vpn but the support service which if something does happen the support is second to none

Schnelle und gute Kommunikation, sehr guter Service.
Schnelle und gute Kommunikation in einem Falle von Problemlösung: Ich hatte irrtümlich (wirklich mein Fehler!) zweimal dasselbe VPN-Paket bestellt, worauf ich Cyberghost (Cg) um Rückerstattung des zweiten Betrages bat, was Cg schnell und unbürokratisch gewährte 👍.
Cg holt beim Kunden periodisch Feedback ab über die Zufriedenheit mit dem VPN.
Als noch neuer und unerfahrener VPN-Benutzer bin ich froh um gute und allgemeinverständliche Erklärungen zur VPN-Nutzung (Vorteile, Nachteile, Stolpersteine in Bezug auf VPN-Konfigurationen und aber auch allgemein). Da gibt es sicher immer (noch) Luft nach oben 😉😁.
